Responsibilities

Contact clients via phone/email to secure timely payments and resolve concerns
Identify and correct billing discrepancies
Proactively reduce past-due balances and maintain account currency
Detect and resolve cash application errors
Investigate and resolve chargeback deductions
Handle special projects and contribute to process improvements
Work with internal teams and customers to provide effective solutions
Issue and distribute invoices
Process new contracts and sales
Collaborate with other departments to ensure billing accuracy

Qualification

Required

Proficiency in Accounting, Invoicing, Data Entry, and Billing Systems
Strong skills in Excel, including formula usage
Accuracy in accounts payable and receivable, reconciliation, collection, and bookkeeping
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or relevant work experience
3+ years of billing experience in a high-volume setting
