Responsibilities

Establish new IPFS contacts to generate new business opportunities through cold calling, investigating leads, prospecting and closing sales while onboarding and training new Customers
Build relationships with agencies/brokerages located in the assigned territory
Increase unit count, premium and interest margin by protecting existing relationships and consistently adding new insurance agents to the IPFS portfolio of active customers
Conduct needs analyses for prospects and Customers using the IPFS Sales process and Salesforce
Present the IPFS premium finance package and online training for the IPFS Quoting System and Account Info System to qualified targets
Foster good working relationships with multiple IPFS Regional Managers and support Associates including a number of different Account Executives

Required

College Graduate or equivalent experience
Remote position but must be located in Louisville, KY area

Preferred

2-3 years of experience in the financial services/insurance related field or marketing experience within an insurance environment
High degree of self-motivation
Excellent communication and presentation skills as well as sales/closing skills
Ability to earn trust with a wide variety of personality types
Leadership skills
Detailed-oriented and highly organized
