Advertising Operations Specialist, Local
Spectrum Reach provides custom advertising solutions for local, regional, and national clients. The Advertising Operations Specialist will support order entry for advertising schedules, ensuring accuracy and timely completion while collaborating with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction and business results.

Responsibilities
Coordinate accurate and timely entry of advertising orders across Spectrum's network
Communicate advertising operations functions and capabilities to internal and external customers
Monitor ad schedules and exception reports, collaborating with Account Executives to recover lost revenue
Track client tapes and maintain records for both paperwork and electronic orders using Spectrum's traffic system
Assist Account Executives, Sales Management and technical staff in diagnosing schedule delivery issues
Ensure correct application of advertising copy to all orders in partnership with Account Executives
Qualification
Required
Experience working in an office environment highly preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word and Outlook
Understanding of general ad sales order entry practices
Ability to maintain high levels of support for internal and external customers
Capable of working under deadline pressures
Skilled in reading, analyzing and interpreting business periodicals, journals, technical procedures and regulations
Proficient in writing reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals
Effective presenter and communicator with managers, clients and customers
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work and/or education experience
Preferred
Experience in Media a plus
Familiarity with traffic systems and sales automation software a plus
