Perform a wide range of clerical duties to enhance staff members' ability to provide quality services to the citizens of Pennsylvania

Engage in a variety of clerical and general office duties by following office procedures and using relevant systems

Interact with the general public in a courteous and professional manner both in person and via telephone

Utilize basic computer skills to perform various office functions including data entry, customer service, scanning, imaging, filing, answering phones, and processing mail and voice mail
