Responsibilities
Develop an understanding of the services offered by CBT and how these services add value to our customers
Interacting with customers, CBT Account Managers & CBT Business Development Managers to understand a customer’s need
Collaborating with partners and suppliers to develop winning quotations
Working with CBT account managers and business development managers to grow the services business
Following CBT’s internal processes and procedures
Leveraging opportunities to build rapport with internal and external customers
Qualification
Required
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to handle a fast-paced work environment, customer focused, friendly, outgoing personality, ability to interact efficiently and effectively with others
Ability to learn and adapt to changing technologies and customer/supplier requirements
