Entry Level Human Resources Specialist
Boyd Gaming Corporation is one of the premier casino entertainment companies in the United States. They are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Entry Level Human Resources Specialist to handle onboarding, licensing, and administration of their HR Information system, serving as the first point of contact for new hires and existing team members.

Responsibilities
Responsible for onboarding and licensing with the Kansas State Gaming Commission
Provides support to team members via phone calls, walk-in requests, emails, etc
Serves as a liaison with team members ensuring proper completion of forms and maintaining confidentiality of team member needs
Offers a high level of internal customer service to team members to answer their HR related questions and provide appropriate guidance and support for their requests
Assists in property-specific team member orientation and onboarding to ensure a positive new hire experience
Other duties as requested
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED required
Must be a self starter and can multitask in a fast pace environment
Strong skills in MS Office applications
Must be able to obtain licenses as required
Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Must be highly organized and detail oriented
Preferred
One (1) year of human resources experience preferred
