Responsibilities

Inspection of work in progress to ensure conformance with contract documents

Review and process submittals and other correspondences, assess contractor progress, and prepare weekly progress reports

Identify and assist in resolution of construction problems and issues. Assist Project Manager with constructability issues and assist in identifying potential solutions

Prepare, maintain, and submit inspection files and records

Develop and present reports and briefings to include construction specific site meetings

Review plans and specifications for clarity, completeness, and ability to construct in accordance with applicable codes and standards

Perform other duties as assigned to support the customer
