Human Resource Analyst 1
NEOGOV is seeking a Human Resource Analyst to join their Talent Management Division within the General Government HR Office. The role involves supporting talent acquisition, complement management, and providing consultative support for various state organizations.

Responsibilities
Performing operational responsibilities and supporting talent acquisition, complement management, and consultative support for an assigned group of state organizations
Facilitating agency hiring requests and preparing applicant referrals for agency review
Assisting in preparing interview self-scheduling and troubleshooting Bureau of Talent Acquisition inquiries
Performing operational processing, tracking, and research relative to employee and position actions within the Personnel Action Requests resource account, reporting tools, and Employee Resource Center/AskHR system
Qualification
Required
Successful completion of the Human Resource Management Trainee program (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration)
One year as a Human Resource Assistant 2 or an Equal Opportunity Assistant (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration)
One year of paraprofessional analytical experience and a bachelor's degree
An equivalent combination of experience and training
You must meet the PA residency requirement
You must be able to perform essential job functions
