Responsibilities

Manage and expand a portfolio of existing enterprise-level app publishers, with a primary focus on maximizing revenue for partners
Conduct in-depth analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs) related to partner performance
Lead high-stakes negotiations for renewed contracts, including high-value, multi-year agreements and service level agreements (SLAs) with leading apps and brands
Cultivate and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams on the publisher side, from technical leads to C-suite executives
Build and maintain an in-depth understanding of industry trends, regulations, and competitive dynamics

Required

Over 6+ years of experience in B2B tech account management
3+ years dedicated to managing enterprise accounts within key sectors such as loyalty programs, delivery and quick-service restaurants, fintech, e-commerce, and mobility apps
Proven track record of successfully managing multi-million-dollar accounts and consistently exceeding annual targets of $5M+
Excellent analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to swiftly connect disparate data points to form strategic insights
Outstanding communication and presentation skills, enabling effective engagement in individual client discussions
Strong sense of ownership and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Significant experience collaborating closely with product, legal, and data security teams to ensure the successful implementation of complex technical solutions
