Responsibilities

Assign duties, coordinate schedules, evaluate staff performance and provide training and support to ensure efficient functioning of the Retail Services department as well as present, monitor and maintain a professional work environment

Monitoring and reporting of lobby safety and maintenance

Assisting customers and staff with problem resolutions & special requests (wires, debit card and internet banking services)

Evaluating customer needs to suggest appropriate bank products, opening & processing all available new account types and detecting & reporting fraudulent or suspicious activities

Assign duties, coordinate schedules, evaluate staff performance and provide training and support to ensure efficient functioning of the Retail Services department
