Responsibilities
Collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver technical solutions that meet business needs
Assist with the design, estimation, planning, and implementation phases of projects
Provide technical support for in-scope applications and perform systems management and integration functions
Analyze current business processes and build process model diagrams to recommend changes
Facilitate the process of gathering and documenting user/project requirements
Qualification
Required
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
Proficiency in cloud data warehouses, specifically Snowflake, ensuring optimal performance, security, and scalability
Excellent functional knowledge of Demand Forecasting and Replenishment systems
Experience with Manhattan DFIO application support, including after-hours support and incident management
Strong analytical skills to evaluate current business processes and recommend improvements
Experience with creating system test plans and performing system testing
Familiarity with change management processes and tools like Service Now
Preferred
Knowledge of Retail business processes
Experience with Unix/Linux basics and commands
Ability to conduct design and code reviews to ensure architectural alignment and quality
