Responsibilities
Assist in preparing, organizing, and maintaining project planning documents
Support the development and tracking of project schedules, deliverables, and milestones
Participate in asset management activities, including data collection, analysis, and reporting for infrastructure projects
Help implement preventative maintenance and repair strategies for community assets
Assist with the preparation and assembly of proposals for new projects and initiatives
Contribute to technical content and background research for proposals and presentations
Conduct technical research to support project design, implementation, and problem-solving
Gather and analyze background information relevant to project goals and community needs
Utilize CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software to support project design and documentation
Work with GIS (Geographic Information Systems) to analyze spatial data and support asset management and planning
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other professionals to ensure project success
Communicate findings, updates, and recommendations clearly to team members and stakeholders
Stay current with industry best practices, tools, and technologies (including CAD and GIS)
Engage in ongoing professional development and contribute to innovative solutions for infrastructure improvement
Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned, including but not limited to continuously growing in alignment with the Company’s core values, competencies, and skills
Qualification
Required
2 years of construction/design industry experience
Microsoft 365 Suite
Bluebeam experience
Adobe Creative Cloud
Canva
