New Business Development Sales Representative

CraneTech is a high-growth overhead crane company focused on becoming the best crane service provider in the nation. The new business development sales representative will identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate revenue and drive company growth, focusing on Periodic and Frequent Inspection programs while consulting on industry compliance standards.

Responsibilities

Identify and research potential clients and market segments to understand their needs and preferences
Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to target new business opportunities and achieve sales targets
Your primary focus will be Periodic and Frequent Inspection programs, while you will also consult on industry compliance standards and best practices
Build relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders through networking, cold calling, and meetings
Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and proposals to showcase our offerings and address client requirements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to deliver customized solutions and support client success
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to close sales and achieve mutually beneficial agreements
Track sales activities, pipeline progress, and market trends using CRM software and other tools
Provide regular reports and updates to management on sales performance, market insights, and competitive activities
Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for innovation and growth

Required
