Responsibilities

Create / modify operator Job Instructions in MS Word documents. Work with operators and engineers to document operations
Assist with OEE data collection. Helps to identify loss areas and opportunities for improvement
Conduct time studies, and cycle time checks
Conduct delay studies to loss areas and opportunities for improvement
All other duties as assigned

Required

B.S. degree in-progress with a graduation date of December 2026 or later. (Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management, Manufacturing Engineering preferred)
Must be enrolled in an accredited University full-time
Must be able to work a minimum of 25 hours per week
Strong computer skills especially in Microsoft applications and AutoCAD
Knowledge and understanding of manufacturing processes with emphasis on lean manufacturing concepts
Minimum 3.0 GPA
Must be able to work in the US without Visa sponsorship
