Responsibilities
Manage a book of business with account sizes ranging from $50,000 to $200,000
Handle generalist accounts, including small construction, bars, restaurants, manufacturing, and institutions
Quote new and renewal business as required
Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally
Collaborate with team members and producers to achieve organizational goals
Utilize TAM software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records
Qualification
Required
Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
1-2 years of experience in commercial insurance is a must
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must be located in the Midwest region if applying for a remote position
Preferred
Proficiency in TAM software is preferred
