Get an insider view of the fast-changing grocery retail industry while developing relevant business, technical and leadership skills geared towards enhancing your career
Help drive business results in an environment designed to promote and reward diversity, innovation and leadership
Create impactful early talent programs that provide cohorts with meaningful project work, learning and development sessions, and mentorship opportunities
Dive into the Relex tool, exporting large sets of data, and identifying opportunities with usage of the tool
Analyze data to find root causes of issues, collaborating with your team to brainstorm and implement solutions, and regularly communicating your findings to leadership
Ensure that manual overrides are reduced or maintained at low levels and continuously improve the system's effectiveness
Qualification
Required
Working towards a degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Statistics or related field
Proficiency in Excel
Familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI
Ability to work with large datasets and extract actionable insights
Basic understanding of supply chain principles, data analytics, or statistics
Strong attention to detail and an analytical mindset
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively
