Alera Group is looking for an Employee Benefits Insurance Sales Representative to join their growing team. This role focuses on building and growing employee benefits business by developing strong client relationships and delivering consultative, value-driven solutions.

Required

Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience

Prior experience in employee benefits or insurance sales

Active Life & Health Insurance License (or ability to obtain)

Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills

Motivated, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
