Responsibilities

Actively manage and drive the entire B2B sales process, from first contact to contract signing
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless sales experience and successful onboarding
Qualify leads, advise prospects, and convert them into enthusiastic long-term customers
Develop tailored proposals that align with customer needs and Avelios’ commercial goals
Create and refine sales strategies, pitch materials, and market analyses to grow our pipeline
Build and nurture a strong network within the healthcare and hospital ecosystem
Track and report on key sales KPIs, helping to refine sales operations and forecasting
Serve as a trusted advisor to prospects and clients, communicating product value clearly to diverse stakeholders

Qualification

Required

Successfully completed studies in business, technology, medicine, or a related field
Solid experience in B2B software sales — ideally in the healthcare sector or with hospitals
Proven track record of winning new customers and driving measurable business outcomes
Excellent presentation and negotiation skills across diverse audiences
Strong interest in digital health, with technical understanding of software products
Structured, solution-oriented mindset with a bias for action
Self-driven and hands-on working style, with a passion for customer success
Fluent in German and proficient in English
