Contact consumers to resolve past due balances
Negotiate acceptable payment arrangements with empathy and professionalism
Maintain a reliable schedule and manage high call volumes daily
Follow required laws, standards, and call negotiation techniques
Qualification
Required
Experience resolving challenging customer situations
Professional communication skills for conflict resolution
Ability to self-manage in a remote office setting with no absences during training
Private workspace and reliable high-speed internet meeting company standards
Preferred
Experience in medical or other bill collections is a plus but not required
