Customer Service Sales Professional
Sunset Auto Wholesale is seeking enthusiastic and motivated Customer Service Representatives to guide clients through the vehicle purchasing process. The role involves responding to customer inquiries, providing information on vehicle options, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities
Respond to inbound customer inquiries (phone, email, chat) promptly and professionally
Listen actively to understand what a customer is truly looking for—whether it's a family SUV (need), a feature-rich sedan (want), or a dream sports car (desire)
Provide detailed information on vehicle inventory, features, pricing, and financing options
Schedule test drives and appointments, ensuring a seamless, fun & transparent transaction
Follow up with customers to ensure their experience is positive from start to finish
Qualification
Required
Exceptional Communicator: You can explain complex information clearly and warmly
Empathetic Listener: You genuinely enjoy helping people and can connect with customers from all backgrounds
Detail-Oriented: You can manage multiple inquiries and follow-up tasks without dropping the ball
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software, chat tools, and basic office applications
Licensed driver with a good driving record
Preferred
Automotive Interest (A Plus!): Familiarity with vehicle types or the sales process is helpful but not required—we will train the right attitude!
