Customer Success Specialist
Merchant Industry LLC is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to provide high-quality assistance to merchants, partners, and resellers. The role involves handling inquiries, ensuring a smooth customer experience, and collaborating with internal teams.

Responsibilities
Handle high volume of inbound calls and emails with professionalism and empathy
Provide support for merchant inquiries related to transactions, batch processing, daily deposits, ACH, month-end statements, and general account questions
Document customer interactions and resolutions using CRM tools
Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Technical Support, Risk, and Underwriting
Process customer applications, generate invoices, and monitor equipment inventory
Educate merchants on available products and services
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in banking or financial services
Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written)
Strong phone and email communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a plus
Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills
Commitment to deliver outstanding customer service
High school diploma or equivalent required (e.g., GED)
