Responsibilities

Reflect the core values of Asilinge, LLC. (d.b.a. an independently owned and operated Home Instead franchise)

Schedule and conduct Care Pro Training, In-services, Alzheimer’s Training & Orientation

Create a monthly training calendar

Maintain accurate client & care pro records in the operating system

Demonstrate open & effective communication with owner, colleagues & care pros

Coordinate w/ nursing for personal care training

Assign & document quarterly training

Field new client inquires over the phone, enter information into the operating system + print out care consultation form

Plan & facilitate quarterly care pro meetings

Monitor & comply w/ federal + local labor and safety laws
