Angels on Call Homecare is a premier licensed home care service agency seeking an experienced Scheduling Coordinator. The role involves coordinating and managing caregiver schedules, developing relationships with clients and caregivers, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage the schedules of employees (caregivers)
Develop relationships and interact with clients and caregivers on a daily basis
Participate in the recruiting, orientation and management of caregivers
Provide superior customer service and compassion for new clients and their families
Develop a working knowledge of company policies & procedures, services provided

Coordinate and manage the schedules of employees (caregivers)

Provide superior customer service and compassion for new clients and their families
Develop a working knowledge of company policies & procedures, services provided
Work from our main office location in Peekskill, Monday-Friday (9a-5p)
One night/week afterhours on-call (5p-9a)
One weekend/month afterhours on-call Friday 5p-Monday 9a
Relevant experience: 1 or 2 years
Scheduling experience: 1 year in home care coordination or 2 years in coordination/staffing role
