Responsibilities

Receive and respond to inbound inquiries from potential customers

Make outbound prospecting communications to build and manage pipeline via calling, demoing, and e-mail

Develop a deep understanding of the customer, including goals, organization structure, decision-making processes, and pain points

Identify customer needs and establish value by presenting how Sage 50 could be a possible solution

Qualify all sales leads based upon specific lead qualification criteria definitions

1 year's experience in B2B sales, value-based solution sales, telemarketing, outbound sales, account management, or business development in the high-tech or SaaS industry
