Mid LevelKanteen Catering is seeking a Catering Sales Manager to join their team. The role involves being the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless and high-quality events while generating new leads and managing client inquiries.

Responsibilities
Generate new leads while working with the event planner and venues
Take ownership and manage incoming client inquiries
Coordinate and lead tastings, site visits, and virtual planning meetings with clients
Create customized proposals and contracts, and workflow documents for kitchen and service teams
Identify and pursue new catering opportunities, including office lunches, corporate events, weddings, and private celebrations
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Qualification
Required
Must be familiar with Indian regional cuisine
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to write polished client and sales emails
Strong organizational and time management skills with an eye for detail
We expect mostly work-from-home, but regular onsite client visits and event presence are required
Preferred
Proven experience in catering, hotel, or event sales is preferred but not required
