Responsibilities

Lead the repossession, transports, impound, and liquidation processes!

Collaborate closely with various departments, including customer solutions, accounting, and compliance, to streamline processes and enhance overall operational efficiency

Communicate and coordinate with repossession and auction vendors to approve fees, monitor performance, and resolve any escalations

Oversee the repossession steps, prepare accurate sales notices, document account activities, and provide guidance to both internal and external teams

Negotiate the resolution of impounded collateral and evaluate it for proper valuation

Review fee requests and remain current on required training to contribute to a comprehensive asset management strategy
