Responsibilities

Schedule, coordinate, and record minutes for project meetings

Assist government with creating metrics on facilities functions

Support the Zoning Authority Board meetings by preparing for and documenting meetings, follow up on action items, draft and coordinate signatures on seating MOUs and post to proper drive; update website; conduct best practice research and ensure ZAB members notebook documentation is current

Support Workspace Management with metrics development and testing, Archibus report research and testing, Zoning Authority report testing, support, and document Brown Bag meetings, maintain Workspace Management website content

Maintain electronic and hard copy files on designated shared drive

Qualification

Required

4+ years of administrative experience which includes a background in creating/updating SOPs, creating presentations in PowerPoint and the ability to use Office products (i.e., Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
