Kelley Construction, Inc. is a multi-faceted commercial and industrial general contractor. They are seeking a Construction Project Engineer to assist the on-site Project Leader(s) in project administration and provide support for various project tasks.

Responsibilities

Provide on-site support to field leadership

On-site document control (i.e., daily logs, photos, lookaheads, RFI drafts)

QA/QC assistance and coordination

Subcontractor and workforce coordination

Project controls input

Material and equipment coordination

Time entries

Responsible for as-builts

Assist with project material and supply purchase

Subcontractor/supplier solicitation

Collaborate with Superintendent, Safety Engineer, and other project leaders

All other duties as assigned

Required

Minimum 1 year of construction experience as an on-site intern or field engineer

Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications

Possess strong analytical skills

Must be detailed oriented

Possess strong written and verbal communication skills

Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel, Project, Word, and Adobe or Bluebeam pdf's

Ability to routinely use standard office equipment, including but not limited to keyboard, desktop/laptop computers, mobile/desktop phones, iPad, copy machines, fax machines and filing cabinets
