Expertise in advice and policy preparation
Trial preparation and courtroom experience, including file responsibility, motion practice, and deposition experience
Exceptional advocacy, research, and writing skills
Strong academic credentials
Detail -oriented and organized with a solid work ethic
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Candidates with portable business or with a track record of client acquisition are preferred
Qualification
Required
At least six years of experience
Active Texas Bar license
Demonstrated interest in labor and employment litigation
Experience in advising clients on employment matters
Expertise in advice and policy preparation
Trial preparation and courtroom experience, including file responsibility, motion practice, and deposition experience
Exceptional advocacy, research, and writing skills
Strong academic credentials

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
