Creating and posting job ads
Screening applications and scheduling interviews
Arranging travel accommodations
Opening, closing, and updating utility and service vendors
Maintaining and updating company vehicle and driver database
Renewing vehicle registrations and mailing them to the location
Handling incoming calls and assisting customers
Completing administrative tasks
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
A high school diploma or GED (required); an associate degree (preferred)
Experience in a professional environment (required)
Ability to schedule meetings and arrange business travel
Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to track multiple deadlines and exhibit an organized and detail-oriented approach in handling all tasks
Ability to present professionally and demonstrate sound judgment
Independent problem-solving skills and general resourcefulness in completing day-to-day activities
