Help customers bring their home design dreams to life while delivering world-class service in a low-pressure, gimmick-free atmosphere
Demonstrate strengths in customer engagement and active listening
Build relationships and follow up with clients
Utilize consultative selling and product knowledge application
Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
Adapt to retail schedules and high-energy environments
Use digital tools and point-of-sale systems comfortably
Organize tasks and manage time effectively
Solve problems and remain goal-oriented
Qualification
Required
Energetic and self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills
Basic computer proficiency
Must be at least 18 years old to be considered for employment with Bob's
Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays
