Responsibilities
Leading and growing a team of data engineers, analysts and scientists
Partnering with stakeholders and product managers to translate requirements into scalable system designs
Designing and delivering data solutions that deliver measurable business value in an agile environment
Presenting insights and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear, impactful manner
Drive performance management, team development, and set clear objectives and success metrics
Overseeing technical project management to ensure on-time delivery with global teams
Implementing new processes and systems, providing training and ongoing support
Bringing an entrepreneurial, results-driven mindset; thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or related field and have 15+ years across data engineering, ML, and analytics (preferably in SaaS)
Deep expertise in subscription sales finance datasets
Strong engineering skills with proven ability to manage and analyze large, complex data
Hands-on experience delivering cloud-based data solutions and expertise in data architecture, compliance, security, and governance
Proficiency with tools like Snowflake, DBT, Python, Airflow, Kafka, Tableau, GraphDB, Notebooks
Excellent communicator, able to lead independently and manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
