The Coating Package Manager will be responsible for managing the full scope of coating package activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications, schedule, and quality requirements while maintaining effective communication with the project team.

Responsibilities
Oversee and coordinate vendor coating operations, ensuring compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and HSE requirements
Monitor production progress and schedule, proactively identifying risks and implementing mitigation actions to prevent delays
Act as the primary interface between the vendor and the project team (engineering, quality, planning, logistics, and HSE)
Track and report daily production status, highlighting any deviations or potential impacts on the project schedule
Coordinate inspections, tests, and audits with quality and client representatives
Ensure proper documentation and reporting of coating activities, including NCRs and corrective actions if required
Support the resolution of technical or operational issues in collaboration with project engineering and vendor teams
Qualification
Required
Background in pipeline coating operations (3LPE/3LPP, FBE, CWC)
Strong knowledge of coating QA/QC processes and HSE standards
Excellent planning, coordination, and communication skills
Preferred
Previous vendor management or construction package management experience is an advantage
