They are seeking a Service Tech to lead service technicians in the installation and maintenance of industrial furnace systems while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and maintaining customer relationships.

Responsibilities

Lead, coordinate, and actively support service technicians performing installation, calibration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of industrial and laboratory furnace systems

Perform field service work directly, including on-site diagnostics, repairs, and system commissioning

Plan and manage service schedules, field assignments, and customer site visits to ensure timely response and completion of work orders

Provide advanced technical support for complex electrical and mechanical issues, both remotely and on customer sites

Develop, implement, and continuously improve preventive maintenance programs and standardized service procedures

Train, coach, and mentor service personnel on equipment operation, diagnostics, safety practices, and professional customer interaction

Partner with engineering, production, and quality teams to communicate field feedback and recommend product, process, or design improvements

Ensure compliance with all company, safety, and environmental policies and regulations

Maintain strong customer relationships through clear communication, technical guidance, and post-service follow-up

Required

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent hands-on experience

5+ years of experience servicing industrial equipment or machinery

Strong working knowledge of furnace controls, thermocouples, PID controllers, PLCs, and gas and electric heating systems

Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical and mechanical schematics

Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment

Willingness and ability to travel to customer sites domestically and internationally as required

Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
