Qualification
Required
1–3 years of patent prosecution experience as a patent agent or attorney
USPTO registration required
Admission to a state bar or ability to waive in
Strong academic credentials and excellent written and oral communication skills
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field; graduate degree preferred
