Responsibilities

Facilitates communication between clients and company personnel

Answers, intercepts, receives, sorts and handles incoming phone calls, emails, texts, faxes or other transmitted communications and records messages and distributes promptly to appropriate staff

Takes and keeps daily schedule as instructed

Orders needed office supplies and other items as requested

Communicates with staff and outside agencies as directed

Generates routine correspondence as directed

Sorts and processes all mail as requested

Assists Human Resources Department, Billing and Office Department, as requested and as needed

Maintains various logs in accordance with developed systems and performs accurate data entry

Generates or assists in generating daily reports

Attends and participates in company meetings as may be requested

Reports to work on time and is punctual

Completes all documentation in an accurate and legible manner

Maintains confidentiality of records and is cognizant of client, patient and employee privacy rights
