Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using TypeScript, React, and backend services
Build scalable, high-performance systems with clean, maintainable code
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver customer-facing features
Own features and projects end-to-end, from design through deployment
Contribute to system architecture, technical design, and code reviews
Work in an agile, fast-moving engineering environment with changing priorities

Required

2–5 years of experience as a Full-Stack Software Engineer or Software Engineer
Strong proficiency in TypeScript
Professional experience with React and modern frontend frameworks
Solid backend development experience (APIs, services, system design)
Experience working at tech-first companies, such as startups, scale-ups, or large technology organizations
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred

Backend-leaning full-stack experience (approximately 70% backend / 30% frontend)
Experience with CRM platforms or integrations (Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, or similar)
Experience with telephony systems or communications platforms
Exposure to AI agents, AI-driven products, or applied AI projects
Experience in fast-growing or high-scale engineering teams
