The role involves providing members and prospective members a full range of products and services, performing banking functions under supervision, and assisting lower-level team members.

Responsibilities
Analyze, research, and resolve problems and discrepancies related to member accounts/loans
Assist members with submitting consumer/mortgage/equity loans, overdraft protection, and credit card applications
Counsel current and prospective members about company products and services
Ensure cash and other negotiable instruments are handled properly
Identify opportunities to cross-service products and increase product penetration
Perform platform banking functions
Understand and comply with federal and other regulations relating to financial products and services
May assist with Branch Office vault opening, closing, and balancing procedures
May serve as a Branch Office and/or ATM vault custodian
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Entry-level position
Ability to provide members and prospective members the full range of products and services
Ability to perform moderately complex platform banking functions under supervision
Ability to analyze, research, and resolve problems and discrepancies related to member accounts/loans
Ability to assist members with submitting consumer/mortgage/equity loans, overdraft protection, and credit card applications
Ability to counsel current and prospective members about company products and services
Ability to ensure cash and other negotiable instruments are handled properly
Ability to identify opportunities to cross-service products and increase product penetration
Ability to understand and comply with federal and other regulations relating to financial products and services
Availability Monday - Friday from 8:15 am - 5:30 pm and on Saturday from 8:15 am - 2:00 pm
Ability to perform other duties as assigned
