Responsibilities
Own full-cycle recruiting across all functions (sourcing → hire) in Rippling ATS
Serve as a partner and advisor to hiring managers, shaping job descriptions, interview plans, and candidate evaluation
Manage candidate pipeline and ensure an exceptional candidate experience
Liaise with finance for comp package approvals and offer alignment
Collaborate with external recruiting support for candidate sourcing and pipeline management
Take ownership of onboarding and off-boarding, refining processes as we scale
Support HR/People Ops initiatives (e.g., performance programs, employee engagement) as bandwidth allows
Qualification
Required
Must have advanced experience with Rippling ATS (minimum 3+ years)
4–6 years of recruiting/HR experience, ideally in a high-growth tech environment
Proven track record managing full-cycle recruiting for multiple functions
Strong relationship-builder with executives, hiring managers, and candidates
Organized, detail-oriented, and process-minded
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities
Interest in expanding into broader People Ops and HR leadership responsibilities
