Responsibilities
Serve as a subject matter expert on product functionality and the RTSM domain
Act as the primary point of contact for automation troubleshooting and resolution
Design, write, maintain, and enhance automated test cases for web and API layers
Collaborate with the SQE team to convert manual test cases into automated solutions
Diagnose and implement fixes where automation impacts feature development
Participate in tool selection, adoption, and continuous improvement of automation frameworks
Advocate for testing and automation best practices across the organization
Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and professional development of Test Automation Engineers
Contribute to audits and compliance activities as required
Assist in investigating CAPAs (Corrective and Preventive Actions) and deviations related to automation
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5 years experience with automated testing tools and methodologies
Strong proficiency in a high-level programming language, with emphasis on test automation
Solid understanding of automation best practices, test design patterns, and Behavior Driven Development (BDD)
Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver and Playwright for dynamic web applications
Familiarity with CI/CD environments such as Jenkins, Bamboo, or Travis
Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL preferred)
Knowledge of Page Object Model (POM) and its importance in maintainable test design
Experience with Git, API testing, Cucumber, and Gherkin
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline
