Responsibilities

Identify and actively pursue new business opportunities within legal, operations, and administrative verticals
Cultivate and nurture client relationships to drive growth, retention, and satisfaction
Serve as a strategic advisor to clients—understanding their needs and positioning services as tailored solutions
Collaborate with internal delivery teams to ensure seamless onboarding and successful project execution
Develop and implement outreach strategies to re-engage past clients and generate new leads
Maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasts, and activity tracking using CRM tools
Gather client feedback and market intelligence to inform product/service improvements and sales strategies

Required

3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles—preferably in professional services or legal tech

Strong ability to manage a sales cycle from outreach to close in a consultative selling environment
Comfortable working remotely and independently, while collaborating with distributed teams
Experience using CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot), prospecting tools, and modern productivity software (e.g., Slack, Trello)
