NOC Operator
abra is seeking a NOC Operator to join their technical support and infrastructure team. The role involves providing real-time monitoring and support in a 24/7 technological environment, focusing on troubleshooting complex technical issues and supporting both internal and international clients.

Responsibilities
Monitoring and controlling diverse server environments, systems, and infrastructures
Providing real-time technical support to internal and international clients (Israel & abroad)
Troubleshooting complex technical issues and working closely with System Admins
Working in a 24/7 shift rotation, including nights and weekends
Qualification
Required
Previous experience in Technical Support or Help Desk – Required
1st or 2nd-year student in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field – Required
High-level English and Hebrew (verbal and written)
Ability to commit to a 24/7 shift schedule, including weekends
Preferred
Experience with Windows Server/Linux or Infrastructure setup – Advantage
