The Application Developer will support the full software lifecycle, including developing new applications, enhancing existing systems, and providing ongoing maintenance and defect resolution.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement new and enhanced applications/databases
Execute manual and automated test plans
Draft and revise user documentation and technical artifacts
Perform maintenance, troubleshoot defects, and implement enhancements
Qualification
Required
US Citizen Must Be Cleared or Clearance Eligible
3+ years of application development experience or relevant 4‑year degree
Ability to obtain and maintain DOE L‑level clearance (Q‑level may be required for certain roles)
Preferred
Experience with JavaScript
Experience with HTML
Experience with ServiceNow (not required)
