Printing
Responsibilities
Design print collateral, signage, tradeshow materials, and vehicle wraps from concept to production-ready files
Prepare precise, accurate files that meet all technical specifications
Manage multiple projects with fast turnaround expectations
Work closely with our internal team to ensure smooth handoffs and consistent communication
Communicate directly with team members or customers as needed via phone, email, or messaging tools
Uphold brand standards and follow production guidelines
Contribute positively to our culture and core values
Qualification
Required
Experience in designing print collateral, signage, tradeshow materials, and vehicle wraps from concept to production-ready files
Ability to prepare precise, accurate files that meet all technical specifications
Experience managing multiple projects with fast turnaround expectations
Strong communication skills
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to follow a consultative approach in interactions
Availability for at least 2 hours per day between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM MST, Monday–Friday
Must have a distraction-free workspace that supports focus and quick turnaround times
Preferred
Additional availability outside the specified hours is a plus
Experience designing across multiple formats and materials
Strong understanding of production requirements for print, signage, displays, and wraps
Ability to guide customers toward the best solutions
Professionalism and empathy in every interaction
