They are seeking a highly collaborative and skilled Manager to support the Accounting & CFO Services team, where the candidate will prepare and analyze financial information, ensuring accuracy and compliance while contributing to the financial health of various businesses.

Responsibilities

Develop an understanding of a client's business and aspects of their industry

Client write ups and prepare financial statements on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis

Review and prepare clear and concise working papers

Organize and consult with clients on transactional issues

Assist with onboarding new clients

Preparation of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and other management reports

Assisting and maintaining clients' annual operating plan/budgets

Provide training for new clients and staff in the use of shared software applications

Manage multiple client engagements and projects concurrently with assigned teams

Serve as a trusted advisor and build and maintain valued-added relationships with clients and their teams

Contribute to special projects, as needed

Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required

5-7+ years of progressive experience in public accounting or related experience

CPA certification required

Demonstrated understanding of U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and ability to apply them to financial reporting and analysis

Ability to manage multiple clients/projects and deadlines and handle a fast-paced environment where you can work both autonomously and, in a team-oriented setting

Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills

Initiative, commitment to professional development, attention to detail, and client service excellence

Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externally

Ability to problem-solve and think both creatively and logically

High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word

Knowledge of accounting G/L software such as Xero, QuickBooks (desktop and online), NetSuite, and Sage Intacct
