Pinao Consulting is seeking an FMS Human Resource Specialist (Journeyman) to provide HR/manpower support to the International Directorate for Foreign Military Sales (FMS) funded positions. This role involves assisting with manpower planning and staffing requirements, and performing integrated support for personnel and manpower management activities related to the F-35 program.

Assist with FMS manpower planning, billet definitions, and position documentation

Coordinate staffing workflows and maintain FMS personnel records and trackers

Support onboarding/offboarding for FMS funded positions; ensure compliance with FMS policy

Required

Familiar with Federal HR and FMS processes; coordination across Services and international stakeholders

Experienced with Excel trackers; SharePoint; Teams; HR databases as designated by JPO

Demonstrated experience in Federal human resources and/or manpower positions, and familiarity in developing Foreign Military Sales (FMS) manpower packages

Minimum Bachelors degree in related subject or discipline OR equivalent combination of education and work experience

Must be a U.S. Citizen and hold a Secret Clearance

Minimum 5 years performing duties described in the description above
