Responsibilities

Overall management of the Americas Regional Business Unit
Develop and manage a sustainable HRS business Infrastructure in the Americas. This includes sales, account management, marketing, pre-sales, and all other required elements
Develop and manage a sustainable HRS business Infrastructure in the LATAM and NAMER region. This includes sales, account management, marketing, pre-sales, and all other required elements
Strong industry network (hospitality, hotel, retail)
Manage the company's product and service portfolio, budget, and forecast
Develop and maintain a high standard of service delivery and customer satisfaction
Build and maintain customer relations with key accounts
Participation in sales and marketing activities
Effective management of company expenses
Regular written summaries of progress
Represent the company's top management
P&L responsibility
Meet all regional sales & financial objectives

Required

A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior management position
Degree level education - MBA is a plus
Hospitality Industry experience
Have a professional work ethic and strong leadership skills
Demonstrate excellent communication and entrepreneurial skills
Possess business acumen and a drive to succeed
Willing to travel extensively when required
Fluent English both written and spoken
