Responsibilities
Maintain lab inventory, prepare media, and manage supplies
Safely handle compressed gases and cryogenic liquids
Clean and monitor temperature units, fume hoods, and biosafety cabinets
Track equipment maintenance and calibration using electronic systems
Coordinate workflows across departments using digital tools
Manage lab notebooks, logbooks, and documentation reconciliation
Support recurring equipment maintenance and calibration schedules
Organize and label lab spaces according to SOPs
Complete safety and procedural trainings
Perform tasks in areas handling potent chemical compounds
Participate in weekend and overtime schedules as needed
Qualification
Required
Associate degree in Life Sciences or equivalent
Strong organizational and computer skills
Excellent communication and attention to detail
Ability to lift 25+ lbs., stand/walk for extended periods, and move equipment
Familiarity with cGMP and electronic systems
Self-motivated, adaptable, and team-oriented
Authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction or sponsorship
