Qualification
Required
Strong Sales and Sales Operations skills with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets

Ability to effectively manage and lead teams, fostering collaboration and growth
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Series 65 required (or ability to obtain shortly after hire)
Preferred
Familiarity with the 401(k) or retirement planning industry is a plus
