Executing month-end close for multiple entities
Financial reporting in US GAAP but also SEC reporting, ensuring all financial reports comply to PCAOB Audit standards
Actively reviewing and looking to improve financial controls
Hands-on involvement in Payables and Receivables
Main point of contact with Audit
Financial Planning
Qualification
Required
Fully qualified accountant (CPA or ACA)
Comfortable executing month-end close within a busy, fast-growing environment
Experience of financial reporting within a US regulatory Public company setting (said reports will be audited under PCAOB)
Excellent understanding of ASC606
Located on the East Coast of the United States
Able to start a new role by Feb 2026 at the latest
